when i see this man, the look in his eye’s, it’s like watching Hitler but worse he make’s it clear he believes as vice president he had full power, i don’t think he cares about anybody but his draft dodging self he should have been banned from dc after being tossed from the Nixon administration. i bet he pulled the legs off bugs and abused animals a real sociopath. may his heart fail soon please so he don’t have a chance to have more people killed

This documentary is excellent and does two things very well. First it shows how callous and manipulative the Bush administration, led by Cheny, was. They are the worst of the worst in politics. Cheney, a draft dodger himself, had no qualms about starting two wars that wound up costing millions in dollars and lives. He bullied the CIA to make sure the research supported his theory of premptive strike, and outed a CIA agent when her husband did not comply. He also had the audacity to profit from Halliburton even while Vice-President of the United States. His career is based on lies and greed. All of this leads to the second thing this documentary does well, and that is lay the groundwork for a case to censure and/or impeach Bush and Cheney for illegal actions while in office. I hope someone eventually has the guts to do just that.

Cheney is the closest thing to Adolf Hitler we have ever had. He is evil to the core, a megalomaniac without moral principles. Evil! Evil! Evil!

the Marquis de Sade, Jack the Ripper, Stalin, King Leopold II, and Pee Wee Herman all rolled into one (assuming Cheney likes little boys)…..oh, I forgot Rasputin, minus the hair and charisma.

Have you read Disaster Capitolism by Naomi Klein or Worse than Watergate by Ex-Nixon Legal Council John Dean? If you are looking for further interesting reads they outline the motivations of conservative ideology (specifically neo-con) as well as the situations that they do their best to create so that things that society would usually abhor will be supported. Whereas populist liberal politicians generally more altruistically and I would argue honestly, conservatives will depend upon fear, ignorance, and prejudice in order to effectively blackmail society in to allowing the US to perpetrate their world view at home and abroad. Dean’s best work in my opinion is Conservatives Without Conscience, it is his mea culpa as well as a scientific investigation of the psychological and sociological conditions that cause conservatives to advocate and vote against their own self interest to the detriment of society and themselves. This documentary and the books I have mentioned (as well as others) supplement each other very well. This documentary lays out the facts and hypocrisy of the Bush administration and the people who advise them, and the books explain how and why. Now if we could just figure out how to either make conservatives honest actors in society, stop acting selfish and scared, and realize that riches and power are nothing if no one respects these things and society deteriorates.
