Earned??? They earned nothing. They skimmed, they scammed, they looted, they inflated the cost of everything we use. Finance is not an industry. They produce nothing. They earn nothing.

I don’t watch tv anymore ’cause of shows like this one. Who wants to see shows that trumpet the “lifestyle” of crooks and perverts with big bucks anyway?
I couldn’t watch the whole thing.
Didn’t need to.
These are just thieves. They are grotesque.

What sort of taxes do these people pay?
Is there a significant trickle down effect?
If you have money in a mutual fund, or any speculative retirement fund, you have put money into the pockets of these people.
How many million$ does a person need? (I’m not a Marxist, but philosophically speaking, just how many million$ does a person need?)
They can’t take it with them…
Really can not call these people “tycoons” in that they merely manipulate currency and values for useful items, they do not produce anything.
Live simply and you will have less to account for when you arrive for your debriefing.

Since research has shown an unprecendented amount of sociopathy in these circles, it is not supprising that they would define success in this way… It seems universaly popular these days anyway.
Twice, a son from a family with hundreds of millions of dollars visited my family, and both times ended up crying, because they see things money can’t buy – like quality human relations!
“these people can basically have anything they want – they are only limited by their imaginations”
-spoken like a true sociopath! The faggot commantaters, spilling the juicy details on the buildings make it worthwhile though
F**k these leaches, and the people they buy, theirs is a miserable existance.

Not sure why so many people are mad at them for the way they spend money. Their just living within their means, they just know how to expend it and account for it. Any body can open a hedge fund and become a manager, you need a lot to start it but managing it will bring great success. These managers are just good with simple numbers which brings alone money management and position sizing. They get paid off fees and if they grow the accounts they make extra in bonuses. Everybody can make money in the markets, but don’t know how, so they pay them.
The ones you really need to worry about is the banks who prey on people who don’t know how to manage money….

This is so awfully obscene it hurts to watch!I really wonder how these guys calm their conscious coz’ i would be outright embarressed making this kind of money.I mean howmuch does one person need ? they wanna be rich okay but FIFTEEN HUNDRED MILLION in a year, come on get real…There ought to be a rule that says that you cant ‘earn’ more than , let’s say, 250 Mio per year which is in itself ridiculously much but i guess some just cant get no satisfaction no matter how much they get. Those guys should be forced to live in rural asia or africa for a month or two, living off an average local income.I bet they would come back much humbler men.

How much pressure do you think these guys have on them? These guys worry more about other people’s money than they do their lives… Their success comes from the sacrifices they made early in life when their jobs required them to work 100+ hours per week… Nobody works longer hours than people in the financial markets… What, you people have your 401ks and IRA acounts to worry about and get frustrated with sub-par performance, but these guys are given millions to do what you can’t; successfully manage your money. Don’t point the finger at them and say they caused the financial crisis when the government both promoted it and forced it through too-low of interest rates and incentives to companies. If you all spent your time actually trying to understand the situation we went through with the financial crisis instead of trying to find a scapegoat for your unemployment, you can make money profiting in this type of market.

Saying the financial industry is not an industry is denying the fact that it provides the most vital service of financing. Innovation, economic growth, and your prosperity all rely on this service. Your ignorance is creating a double standard. You are OK with investing your money in hopes of saving for the future, whether it’s a savings account, stocks, or bonds. If some people feel like there is an opportunity for them to create wealth, why would they also not take it? Tiger Woods is the first athlete to earn $1 billion, yet what good for humanity has he done? He and dozens of other athletes live the life of the super rich and have unbelievable luxuries, as in all industries… the best are rewarded….

Fortunately or unfortunately, I’m in the fianancial industry. I’m a stockbroker. What ever we get we’ve earned. We work very had. We dont have the normal life like any body else. Life is not about money, its about get time to socialise, we dont have that time. Our day starts at 5:00am to 00:00 am. Who ever thinks we are thieves is being misinformed.I think we should discuss how is every rich person is giving back to the community. To be rich is not a crime. The videos like this are meant to motivate people.

51,000 sqft house all for yourself. That’s a lot of ego.
The narrators voice is too annoying for me to keep watching, and frankly I don’t really care. I live in a 1,200 sqft condo and it’s more space than I need. I wouldn’t mind a private pool though

C’mon people, your fellow men started from scratch to glory and you are fumming allfor the fact you ain’t. You gotta think twice… I’m part of the Finance industry, you just never understand that the wealthiest people in the world are paid for how much their minds and brains are working. I tell you the truth, there is no industry as challenging and intellectually consuming as the finance, especially the speculative aspect. I’m a part of it & I know what you brains go when you just cant add 1 to 2 and get a product to sell. You have to phantom intangible things and continually predict what the future will be and benefit from planning for the future you predicted. So people, dont blame men who work their brains out, they never took a dime from you. All they’ve got is legal stuff and If they choose to flaunt it… why not? See a future better than what u have right…nothing is ever enough, we gotta keep growing till the day we die so we can continually support others and live the life we dream of!

Some people are just jealous!
Good for them for finding a way to make money and have their
dreams come true! It does, however, suck that some people are
dying of hunger when these guys are buying 10 planes…
But unfortunately it’s always going to be like that!
Thanks for this video!!

Yeh! Wall Street the bastion of capitalism. Who was it dictating to Ronald Regan for deregulation? None other than the Wall Street wolves. So what happens? The banks go feral, corporate greed has no bounds, we have the GFC and millions of citizens are in deep hardship or losing their homes.
July 3rd, 2010 at 3:08 amThese extreme capitalist simply don’t have a social conscience.
I’m not American and it amazes me how Democracy (as in the Greek) has been hijacked.
What happened to: – We the People. Government for the people by the people.
Cleverly people have been duped into believing Democracy goes hand in hand with Capitalism when in fact it is far closer to Socialism and the care of its citizens.

Okay, some of you rich finance people, do some charity. I’m a work from home mom, a medical transcriptionist. I earn a very modest wage, and I live in a modest but lovely home on the edge of the Chattahoochee National Forest. I have a developmentally delayed child, and I assist my best friend with her children.
My transmission is going out. I desperately need a car. Really, a truck because I have property, but it has to have a back seat. I’m thinking a Ford F250, but I can’t afford to go into debt, and don’t have adequate credit to do so anyway (It’s no credibt, not bad credit, that is the issue).
So, buy me a truck, one of you rich men. I don’t envy you, I have a comfortable and happy life. While I wouldn’t call myself a “capitalist” because I believe, with the banking bailouts things have gotten quite out of control, I’m certainly no communist. I am a modest person with a modest need. Because I work from home, I would seriously put maybe 5000 miles a year on a vehicle – it would last me 20 years or more.
E mail me at anastasia81472@yahoo.com. This is not a joke.

I am an engineer. I personally despise the fact that they’ve been bailed out. I regret it with all my heart and I wish they would all be bankrupt because they deserved it. They got money and they lost it. But the government took my tax money and gave it to them so they can continue doing what they do. I am so sorry I couldn’t do anything about it

I dont see why these wallstreet bankers are constantly ‘picked on’ so much becuase of the money they make. Fine, a select few of the thousands of brokers and traders earn more money then we can imagine but think of how they got there. A large number of bankers, traders etc work so many hours in the weeks and have so much pressure on their shoulders so much of the time that all they probably think about is work. Which is why I believe that they earn that money and their ability to work through that is commendable and that they do deserve the money they are earning. Think about it most of these wall street brokers all worked extremely hard to get into their respective fields, through education, horrible internships and cold calling literally dozens of ‘contacts’ to even get looked at…
In addition to this calling the finance industry irelevant is like calling money irrelevant, without it most of you wouldnt have homes, jobs, nice cars etc.
Basically most of the people that are condeming these brokers know hardly anything about how hard they work or how important their actual work is to the wellbeing of the world. Therefore if they didnt get bailed out then we would have all been screwed. So in conlusion most of you people are hating becuase you dont know nothing about it or your jealous. end of.

This is sick! It should not be possible. To make this money! You need ppl to make things. To make money have any value! They dont make. Any value, they just use alot! Making the world a shitty place. When the last tree is cut, and last river is drained, you will understand that u cant eat money!
Every body cant work in banks, real esate ect. You need ppl to produce food, cars, electronics. But the ppl ho makes all the wealth in the world. Get no wealth 4 them self!
When a house i build, the man ho makes the most money of it. Is the real estate man. And he did not create nothing.
We need to stand up and say we are sick of this, the needs to be rules! We the working class heroes! Are the real value of the world! Then i mean all that dosent work in banks, real esate ect…. We need inventors, engineers, oil drillers, farmers ect. I hope we bring down banks in my life time!!!! Have a nice day ppl:) and hope you have a good day at work! Creating things of real value!

a good reason why the world will never change is because if the average person had the knowledge and opportunities that they have. They would do exactly what they do.

@sf Actually, the US has one of the worst income inequality and social mobility statistics in the world (worse than lots of “third world” countries). That teacher going from the bottom to the top has, statistically, a better chance in places like Iran,
November 20th, 2011 at 6:07 pmNigeria, Cambodia, etc. than here in the US. People like those in this documentary have rigged the system and have essentially killed “the American Dream” in the US.

I have two different friends who worked in this field and are both now retired from doing any regimented 9-5 job. They continue to research and invest for their own means as their living. Both started in the field in their early 30′s and both retired in their mid 40′s. It took them less than fifteen years to amass enough fortune to never work again. I definitely chose the wrong profession!

This film makes me want to throw up! I just cannot force myself to watch it. If you did, you are a masochist. I can’t even afford to drive my car anymore so I use a medical scooter just for food and stay a prisoner in my home that is “under water”.

The following is a excerpt from an internet site “The Famous Bernie Cornfeld”
“The real scams are the New York stock market, where Zionists have grabbed over $5 trillion in retiree’s wealth. The next scam is the banks where trillions have been lost in friendly loans and real estate transactions”.
And once again the right wing conservatives and others on the FOX News channel are again screaming for deregulation.

Like many before me here at this website and at many other forums already stated: Bankers like Rotchilds and their likes are just as low as they come. Speaking of which: When they draw their terminal breath they will end up at that hot place downstairs. They are truly nothing but thieves, but who will bring them before a judge when they have corrupted the entire justice system.
The amount of justice anyone can expect in this shitty world equals the size of your bank account, if anyone believe differently you’re either hopelessly naive or just plain blind/stupid.
Like a wise man said: Only God can create something out of nothing ! What does that tell you about the mentality of a common banker? Do yourself a favor and snap out of it for a while and give it some thought.
I sure do hope that those couragous heroes that started the movement “Occupy Wall Street” give it another try. It’s a damn shame that the police had to drag them away, but if they hadn’t the bankers would’ve told the NYC mayor to tell the police that they have better drag them away otherwise they would’ve been fired for not keeping the peace.
That is – the bankers peace ! So they can continue with their fraud – peacefully !!
