Built by the ancient people in a time before Christ, the Seven Wonders exemplify remarkable architecture and massive structures that is world-renowned. All of them were massive construction projects that took years if not decades to build. Of the original seven in the list, only the Great Pyramid of Giza is standing as of this day. The others have fallen, taking with them the secrets of their history and construction.

The Great Pyramid of Giza was the tallest man-made structure for 3,800 years. It has the same height as the Washington DC monument and can fit 5 cathedrals inside. The pyramid was meant to be tombs of the pharaohs and the pointed tip ensures their safe journey to the next world. Although a single block of stone was added every 2 minutes, the pyramid took 23 years to finish which is still an achievement considering that no machineries exist that time. The pharaoh Khufu compelled over twenty thousand people to work in three shifts for the construction of this pyramid.  A lot of these people died without seeing the completion of the pyramid.
